Are you constantly looking for new members to fill your coworking space?
Are you frustrated that you don't have a predictable pipeline of office inquiries and office tours?
Does the occupancy feast or famine cycle make it difficult to increase office space or expand to new locations?
We exclusively help coworking & shared office spaces to increase occupancy through proven online marketing systems. These proven systems are custom tailored to fit your space's size, location, services, and occupancy.
We understand that while the coworking industry is still relatively new, the innate demand for community, networking, work-life balance, and productivity continue to drive this movement. With more local and multi-national shared workspaces on the rise, there naturally becomes more noise in the marketplace making it harder and harder to be heard.
Our goal is to support the shared office and coworking industry through online marketing strategies that increases Awareness, Occupancy and Retention.
Web design was ramping up and rapidly evolving with new technologies, tools and best practices. We had the pleasure of working with clients in countries across the globe including Canada, USA, and Japan.
We made the jump from operating from a home office to a shared office space. Having looked for traditional office space, shared office spaces were much more affordable, and also provided a professional business environment and presence.
Being new to the industry, we took the necessary time to learn about the business from an operational and marketing perspective. We then proceeded to provide goal oriented web design, social media management, paid search management and search engine optimization services. We are proud to say, that to this day, we still work with this client.
With our digital agency growing, we incorporated to become our own private entity in preparation to scale our team, services and offerings.
After much research, investigation and deliberation, we decide on focusing solely on the shared office and coworking industry. Applying what we've learned over the years to an industry that supports small businesses like ours, gets us excited about the future, and how we can play a part in it.
