The first month is prorated, and will commence when the ads are live. All recurring payments will be charged on the first of the month. The ad cost percentage portion of our fee is dependent on the target ad spend budgets allocated to Google, rather than the actual ad spend. Ad cost percentage fee is calculated on $1k to $5k = 10%, $5k to $10k = 9%, $10k to $20k = 8%. Increases in budget mid-month that trigger an ad cost percentage fee will be prorated as a separate invoice. If for any reason, you wish to cancel or pause, you may do so anytime (no prorating of the last month). A $500 setup fee is required if tracks are restarted after being paused.
